Why do I need the transponder PIN?
You need the PIN (personal identification number) in two cases: firstly, if you want to link your account to the KIWI app, and secondly, to activate the transponder for a user account.
Where can I find the transponder PIN?
The PIN for your transponder can be found on the leaflet included in the transponder packaging. Please keep the PIN in a safe place.
What should I do if I have lost the PIN?
If you no longer have your transponder PIN, please contact our KIWI service.
